I'm struggling with these graphs you've put. Case in point Yahoo.
According to your graphs, Yahoo died in 2008 yet we know it still exists.
You've also intentionally or otherwise left out Google.
I think FB is more comparable in terms on innovation to Google than to the ones you've put here.
Is Google also in the red?

Obviously this is a hoax.
Many companies including Google are spending sleepless nights trying to replicate facebook to no avail.
Facebook has many great years ahead. And if you follow them closely you'll see they've adopted the model that saw Apple reach the top, that of hiring and poaching innovative minds.
