That is a great idea go for it. But she will need something simple on the side to do otherwise she will start gossiping with housegals in the estate ................ lower her level and you wont get a long in the long run.

Landings nayo, be prepared kwanza morning glory since she wont be in a hurry .....

@tom_boy, Ignore @impunity at your own peril. That's a reality. It will be an all weather landing,you better be prepared lest,,,,,.

The wife leaving her job is a great idea,you will have peaceful rewarding evenings devoid of her letting out stress za job.
Discuss with her how life will be like when she leaves her job,the good,the bad and all the in-betweens. It would be a disaster if three months after quitting,she starts whining about boredom or limited finances.

Just keep talking.

@tom _ boy...unlike the others, I would advise she keeps her job unless she is not coping or its stressful. Why? Whereas she would be able to model the children, the work at home is quite a lot, men sometimes don't understand this- one or two days down the line she will say she is always tired. A gloomy face in the evening, and you will be forced to chip in, not a very good thing when you are a busy guyor you are in a demanding job. so you might be forced to have a yaya to compliment to assist. Quite a number of children are brought up by Yaya that is a fact, just get a good one. In short, unless she wants to venture in a business anything else its a no no for me.
