Sometimes, i feel Kenya need a president like Abramovich on following comparison grounds

1. kenya as a country has enough resources which can be directed towards achieving Vision 2030. The team managers ( read ministers) with all the powers, authority and responsibility should be held accountable if set goals are not attained within a stipulated time OTHERWISE fire them. why do we have funds allocated to ministry ( as well as CDF) being taken back to treasury AT THE END OF FINANCIAL YEAR yet the purpose and activities for which were disbursed remain unfilled?

2. a good number of our team managers lack a drive to perform the task for which they were appointed for. deep down, some Ministers just as our mpigs perceive appointment as a chance to fulfill personal dreams at the expense of Kenya. borrowing from finance, any decision taken by business should contribute to the wealth of the said business .the notion of its my turn to eat should die unnatural death.

3. visionary leaders steer the country to greater heights of economic development and growth

but then our abramovich should select able team managers who can deliver and he has failed in majority of selections. good luck Rafa B
