NIC Online Banking...Not Working

I don't know if I am the only one facing this. Since their upgrade to the latest system, the online banking system doesn't seem to work anymore. I can't access my account online so am forced to visit a branch to know the status of my account. I have tried it on all browsers Chrome, IE, Firefox but nothing. I have contacted their support team, first they said it had a technical issue but still weeks later its not working. Anyone experiencing this? or has a solution to this?

I got mine to work eventually, but it's still up and down. However when you get in it's a decent solution. Instability is the main issue.
Form is temporary, class is permanent

I agree with @anasazi, its usually up and down and its not stable, but i agree its a decent solution.

Initially was not working well. Took a month to get my access codes. Later, I could log in and see my account but could not transact. However, they sorted it out and now is working well.
