I do not think women (on their own) riding cars, motorbikes, and other means of transportation causes this kind of feeling you are describing here

In the pre-technology era
Women used to ride camels, donkeys, and horses and we have not seen any documented evidence to show this is resulting effect.

In fact one hadith says
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best women who rode camels are the women of Quraysh. They are the best to show affection towards children and to care for their husbands' wealth."

So woman who rode horses or camel was never forbaddin by the prophet.
so it means there is no harm as long as they keep themselves decently dressed with good undergarments.

However
- There is problem when a woman rides bike behind a man who's not her husband.
- Because this involves opening your thighs behind a man, which to me is sitting inappropriately

NB: For Muslim ladies, this is forbidden.

I think its only in Kenya that women don't know how to ride on motorbike taxis. This is how they should do it.

My friend let's stop throwing stones at our women since we live in the same glass house. It could be that the men are failing in some departments.
