can someone tell me if it is prudent to buy a plot at sabaki. a sacco by the name ushirika offering a plot at a very cheap price.

Do your search, but there was a dispute coz all the land behide kenchic
belonged to numerical machines, a parastatal.

btw, why is it very cheap?.
