@Haiyaa, When you say a plot for 280K along the bypass in Utawala, are you talking about the eastern Bypass? If so, that deal is tooooo toooo good to believe. The " Major" mentioned earlier in the post or anyone in Wazua who knows the area well will tell u as such. A plot In utawala and along the bypass costs 2Million upwards unless we are talking about a different bypass.

@Fundaa - That name is terrible, but all the same to answer your question on credibility of GUTON ENTERPRISES, they are genuine and I have used them severaly. Talk to the owner, a Mr Omari on 0720300517.

@Newfarer - KTN Sacco bought plots about 3 Kilometres south of Utawala shopping centre, Just past upcoming Tamarind Valley Project.
