Borrowed funds of 6.9B in Q3 is quite interesting....Could this mean the Bank was in trouble Liquidity wise?

This issue was raised by Citi....that kenyan banks are under provisioning for bad loans...and here its being raised here again....I still concur the provisions are too low given the level of non performing loans.
