Hype. It is always a good buy at 38 - 45 region. at 50+ i find it expensive. Thieves

I doubt it. Most politicians don't use solid ad agencies in Kenya and I don't think Scangroup would really want to handle political campaigns after what happened in 2008. Politica can kill you business especially if you align with the losing candidate, I think that is what happened to adopt-a-light.
