Sold Centum a while ago, in favour of City Trust. My broker advises me there will be a good block of City Trust available soon. Be on the look at and buy it, while it's still hot.

The land is 100 acres at kshs 20 million per acre (total 2 b) for land in runda is a very conservative value because current value for 1/2 acre is around 24 million

The pearl marina has been valued at kshs 5.3 million per acre for about 300 acres(total value 1.6 b) which to me is modest.

with a little patience I think centum will do another uchumi so I continue to pick it up
