Best places to speculate are where there is something coming up esp infrastructure development. Think Mwalimu farm where greater eastern wil pass, think the area between Ngong and Suswa...road coming up.. think Namanga where offices of EAC are to be done. I hear guys have already been compensated in some designated area.

Then, the bigger the portion the better...u see u stand a better chance to reap more if u buy 30acres at 50k per acre, coz an increase to 100k per acre means u have doubled your money and u'll be surprised to find the increasde could happen in 6 months.

There is a friend who invited me for some plots in elangata wuas.. prices were 30-40K per acre then.. now i hear some SACCO went in and bought some acres at 100k per acre and the dynamics have shifted...

Looking for around 50 acres @ a max of 50k and not more than 8km off the tarmac. Please avail the contacts.

My 2 cents. Not sure why I would go to Kajiado/Isinya/emali etc when there are plots in Juja Farm/Ruiru (ndani lakini) going for the same prices, and when I have seen apartments coming up around Juja farm. Do due diligence though wherever you choose to buy.

I think speculation is relative.... if u buy a plot for 200k in juja firm, for sure it will one double or triple but it will take more time to do so than if the plot was at eastern bypass for 500k..... it will also be easier to dispose it coz most customers will always have CBD as the reference point for distance.......
on your way to greater eastern bypass, or to juja farm... just do some window shopping at 12 units with title deed at.....abt 4km off tarmac...5km from thika rd......nafmuma@yahoo.com

...personally the grtst speculative area iz around Tinga area, the whole area arnd kisames gn 4wad,i had offered free hard copies of the bypasses tht are due to be constructed at club sk,only 1 or 2 people picked...forget the ad in the dailies tht an acre goes for 650k at tinga thats a mark up of 400k plus those guyz hv wekad go to the ground jitafutie the place is 55 kms frm the cbd,a couple of saccos have put there money there, tourists hotels are springing up,fertile flat ground good for large scale farming do the math...

There is a friend who invited me for some plots in elangata wuas.. prices were 30-40K per acre then.. now i hear some SACCO went in and bought some acres at 100k per acre and the dynamics have shifted...
GFF!!!!

That must be Safcom SACCO, they are on 2nd phase. I am on the 1st bus. Beauty about it is they are being swallowed up fast like peanuts, means we'll have lots of neighbours. And Namanga/Kajiado is not far

Hello. Anyone who knows where I can buy land between Ksh 350,000-Ksh 400,000 for an 1/8th. The plot must be at most 50km from Nairobi CBD and 500 meters next to a tarmac road...an area with several 1/8ths for sale would be appreciated. Electricity and water are an added advantage...I need to buy two 1/8ths that are adjacent to each other if possible...with separate and ready title deeds. I have no experience in land matters so if my budget is too low dont attack me...just suggest a location where I can get with the lowest price but which meets the said conditions. Thank you wazuans
