I voted for ODM but after taking the ObamaAmericanTourLesson,i see the mess that we were led to..PNU Messed and tweaked Votes in their favour but still Had ODM won i wouldnt have been happier either..i wish we do it American way in 2012 and this time we address issues and preffarably elect new faces and those will obiously not be men but women.

The biggest problem we have in Kenya is the VILLAGE FACTOR that has crept into the Electrolate Courtesy of ILLITERACY and the POLITICIANS . these two Factors are a Powder Keg during Election time.

All the politicians are required to do so as to secure their 'Parliament Jobs' is to simply allign the Illiterate and instillFear in them about other Tribes and the Ball is aflame.

My God where do we go from here coz even the Urban Youth has suddenly Discovered their Tribesmen and women who they have not been aware of all their life.

MARTHA KARUA GO FOR IT,MY VOTE IS ALREADY IN YOUR BOX,all you need to do is to Raise your Social Bar and let loose the Comedians who mock you. Wachana Nao Martha do not do it like Karucy..you are cut from a Different Clothe and your stakes are Higher dear.

Kenyans are behind you Martha and May God Bless

if we need new faces..then Martha is not one of them. she is a good lawyer though, how about we send her home and let young pple take the seats.

Interestingly,I was discussing this with friends the other day. Everyone agrees that Martha is one of Kenya's best political and legal minds today.

However!!!!

The concern they have is her ability to 'act Presidential'. I would hope she doesn't get bogged down with trivial fights like she had with Mutoko and Nyambane. Such pettiness can be a little disconcerting for us when one is holding the instruments of state. It makes you think of a president who would hound a sub-chief for sneezing during her address.

Something else? Her ability to build consensus. Have not seen her come out as particularly strong in that area.

But come to think of it,is there any among the current politicians worth stuttering home about? Maybe she has or is changing. She may just be the best of the worst. Who knows?

Time and chance happen to all.

The kenyan presidency is held hostage by the political mafia: those who contribute millions to secure posts and business contracts in the yet to be formed government.
It is for this reason that the post election violence evolved into organised ethnic based genocide.
Karua can not exist outside this arrangement. She is part of the problem. It is just changing one set of thieves with another.

Martha Karua is the Kenyan Minister of Justice. Her work right Now.

1. To Deliver a New Constitution

2. To take leadership in full Implementation of the Waki Report.

3. To take a Leadership role in developing laws and procecuting corrupt officials.

4. To take leadership and be visible on issues like Kamiti Prison Murder,Women and children rights.

Before I consider Martha for any leadership role in 2012. I will assess what she will do on the above and how she will handle other issues that will arise.

Leadership is delivering things, coming up with new ways to solve our problems and to get things done.

Martha should announce her Stand on MP's paying Taxes... That is what leaders do.

What is Martha's foots print in the Ministry of Justice since she got re-appointed?

Good one @ Ceaser

For me I am watching how she handles those things listed by Ceaser. Very important. It would also be nice if she turned the other cheek occasionally, she's way too abbrasive I don't think she is saleable outside central with her current track record.

I guess if you can't win with facts, you can always pen bile-laced,xenophobic rants to distract everyone.
