Guys relax, without those frauds i would be ......... eeeh jobless or in another field i dont enjoy. This is my main consultancy area - advise on policies, structures, systems and procceses. Why i dont sympathise with some of these corporates is that they act too late when all the signs were there .. more so the governnace and not management in approval of changes. Been in this doing over a decade and counting. By the way in this market, there are those who are responsive and others are reactive. Reactive are the losers. I rest my case! Thieves

I fight corporate fraud and I am happy that Airtel is willing to fight in court (even if they lose).
From what I have read so far, this fraud was straight forward snd should be easy to proof. There will be a paper trail transferring Airtel's money from Ekwete account A to xxx's Equity account B. ditto It's a pitty - but this is the reality we live in hapa Kenya. Even fraud is celebrated - for the love of money and the worship of the moneyed!

Employees are constantly creating new ways to defraud the companies while companies are constantly trying to prevent the frauds.. in most cases the companies are one step behind! The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

@King G.. You are assured of a Job until Jesus comes back. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

Most of us are thieves, potentially. It's just that the opportunity has never presented itself. And until integrity as a value is taken seriously and instilled on all everywhere: in our homes, church, mosques and schools, corruption is not reducing any time soon... Above all, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.
