The only thing that GOK can protect against is liquidation! But when it comes to bankruptcy not even GOK can save KQ..

I hope @murchr et al. can see that 8 years worth of retained earnings have been wiped of the balance sheet... How they will recover that only God knows!

5bob per share pap!!

Keep dreaming

...lets do some artificial spread betting,am looking at it settling at 8-9,btw times are very tough ahead,if we hv a crazy election again KQ will be taken to the cleaners.

KQ is suffering from declining passenger numbers as a result of low staff morale… nowadays the cabin crew don’t even smile!

it's amazing...look into wazua archives and you'll find numerous threads on "growing passenger numbers" over past two years..
..i do remember an insult thrown my way for insinuating passenger numbers are crap unless accompanied by figures of operating margins per passenger.. QW specifically had fun with that bit..

...now to find that thread..

Are they trying imply that losses of upto 4.6Billion materialised over a period of 6 Months??

Total production stood at 2,563m revenue passenger kilometers, a 9.9% growth compared to the same period the previous year. Cargo tonnage increased by 6.2% riding on the wave of increased capacity.

Total passenger numbers stood at 956,742 boosted by the growth in passengers travelling domestically, representing a 15.4% growth.

We note the airline’s drive to grow its capacity by introducing new routes in what has been projected as fastest growing economies, where demand is expected to increase, as it maintains efficiency in its operations is expected to boost its revenue in the long run.
