Dude meddles in very low level stuff that should be handled by councilors and area ringleaders. Some issues even though they come to his attention, for protocol purposes do not deserve his personal appearance and public speeches.

We are talking here an individual who takes tax payment as an opportunity for publicity instead of hiding in embarrassment that he has not been complying while some political "juniors" have been paying for the last 10 years??

This guy is such an opportunist. What makes him think i also do not invest from my earnings? From which i pay further taxes? He had to say this simply because he was in Kalenjin Land? Unbelievable!

....do a quick scan in the country that host these major athletics meets and tell me if there is any that has taxes below kenya!!!!!

Target marketing for the kaleo vote. apparently athletes endorsement counts for some votes in the north rift

Wait for other friendly pronouncements to the same target group eg zero rating of sport shoes
I may be wrong..but then I could be right

i am yet to know how patriotic these athletes are when they loose in the olympics and win in the diamond league
