"We have a buy recommendation on the company. Our twelve month target price is at Ksh 80. We expect the company to make profits as the loss was due to labor issues that have since been settled. The company has a huge asset base and a huge track of land. The loan with Japan is yen denominated and the company is repaying it,there is a building boom in kenya providing the company with new growth opportunities. Good long term buy.

Thex. The full report is welcomed for us to get down to the nitty gritty of this recommendation. I believe it is in order to send it to the above email addresses like many other wazuans have been doing when they receive such recommendations from their respective brokers and investment banks

The 500 shares which traded yesterday cannot be an indicator that the share is going for 32bob,so its immature for any brocker to issue a buy recomedation at 32 as if thousands traded remember this is an illiquid share.

The company need to sort out its governance and management issues fast enough for it to reposition its self back to the market.

its asset base is massive, has GoK backing (which is bad at times due to polical interferance) and the market for its product is there within the Region.

All the best.

BTW, you will be very lucky to fill your order in this illiquid counter. It has a free float of 6% only (GOK holds 25.6%, NSSF - 27% and Lafarge 41.7%)
