the public notice only says that he is no longer their employee and is not authorised to represent the company. That is factual and i dont think there is implied slander. Neither does it mention any wrong doing nor his being wanted by the police to give information on blah blah blah...

You run it once ot twice is fair game and some people might even miss it. But a whole month+ is seriously malicious. nowonder this wahindis cant make it in Africa

...I agree with Prime...No he can't one of the leading cases in Kenya on that subject is Geoffrey Ontieri and others vs Harambee Sacco before Justice Rawa.l
