KQ is screwed. The expansion plan does not work when employees have so much power over you. Emirates can fire their pilots & staff without a problem. Not so for KQ.

So now I am wondering, no growth in africa, decline in Europe and some growth in Asia. this is after adding capacity during the financial year.

The million dollar ask is this, has KQ seriously considered the downside of it's two key strategies for growth, i.e low cost carrier and doubling fleet size? Even after increasing all these routes in africa and adding capacity, there is very little going on. You can KQ can not grow it's asia business exponentially without raising the eyebrows and action from the gulf carriers!
