Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

I have read the article in the daily nation and my feeling is that it is not telling the whole truth. These vegetables are usually cooked before eating yet the article does not say anything about the effect of cooking on the risk of contracting diseases from eating the vegetables. But it is important to note that nutritionists recommend that vegetables be light cooked to preserve their nutritive value. Perhaps it is time to revisit this recommendation. Another question is that of the risk posed by fruits sold in these markets which are consumed raw. Perhaps they need to do more research.

Why worry yet you have been consuming the Sukuma Wiki day in day out and you have not died – if the story was true you would be Six feet under!

The balcony is enough.
Or when u go shags, clear the shamba come boil a tonne and freeze them.
I usually leave the shamba dry after touring shags.

Problem with wazuans is,you answer one question and you end up opening a can of worms.

The article talks about kales.I didn't mention cabbage, but you want me to talk about cabbage!

Maji maji is good, very very good. Unless your intention is to hurt or you are allergic to liquids.

Interesting, E.coli is an indicator of contamination by faecal matter. It is found in the alimentary canal. Its akin to the analogy, "where there is smoke, there is fire" the fire might not be big. Its the metals/pesticides that i'd be worried about.
In a past research, 1 in 6 mobile phones was found contaminated with feacal matter.
