On monday, was driving along Mombasa road around 8pm and was in a traffic jam briefly next to GM. A gold/metallic brown mercedes 200 overtoke me and went ahead of me but was within my view for most of the way till outering road where it seemed to have gone way ahead..Just after pipeline, i heard one gun shot then two more in quick succession, most of the vehicles ahead of me speed of not knowing where the shots had come from. When all had cooled down i noticed a mob milling around the Fedha juction, it seemed that there was an accident. There was a car that had hit some taxis and a truck on the wrong side but the occupant had been rushed to hospital immediatly. On closer observation it was the mercedes that i had seen earlier, the driver had lost control and hit the taxis! He had been shot on close range in the view of a big crowed by a gun man and nothing had been stolen from him!I got very scared, what if that was me? I was just afew cars behind him and it happened in slit seconds.Yesterday i leart that the guy had died...he was an official of one of the big coop societies in kenya. That was a very sad day for me and Kenya. It was that same day that there were riots in Kisumu and four had died!Someting must be done, it cannot go on like this!!!

Pole sana Nobert.
So was the man shot while driving and lost control thus heating the taxis or he was shot after he had caused an accident by hitting some taxis?
Was anything stolen from him?

maybe be it has to do with the information he was to provide the committee:
“The committee had directed Mr Ojiambo to prepare details of the transactions and present them in a subsequent sitting in which his testimony would be taken on oath.”

A confidential inspection
report compiled by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (Sasra) shows that the Sacco has been using
creative accounting tactics to cover up fraud and non-payment of loans by some members.

“The Sacco has been
operating ATM and M-Pesa
business transactions without
putting in place basic internal
control and fraud
preventative measures..."
