...mtu wa ol kalou anatengeneza weather station,with a windvane,barometer,wind gauge etc etc then u start collecting i can give you my std 6 notes you start working on that on a more serious note thats why our met dept shud pull up their socks we heavily rely on agric and reliable info would help us big time...wakulima angalieni drip irrigation ni muhimu sana.
