Running an MPESA shop

I am taking over an mpesa shop which the owner claims is doing well but her employees were harassed because they are from an 'immigrant' tribe. I am wondering what the pitfalls are for running an mpesa shop and special things i should pay attention to when draftin our contract.

Basic concept is that "noone sells a profitable business". But noone says its a loss making bizna, you got to receive several excuses for selling it and you got to learn it was a waste of time when yu are already in it. You can however reverse the trend if you come up with new ideas and dedicate a lot of your time. Wish you the best

That is not true....Plenty of profitable businesses have been sold....Dynamics change and sometimes people are forced to sell profitable businesses...I have personally bought a profitable business for one of my kinsmen and it remains profitable to date. The person that was selling it was moving on to other things and did not have time to run the business anymore....You just have to do your due diligence to find out the reasons to why somebody is selling the business. Not everyone is out to get you...
