EU airlines to pay customers for delays

If KQ was to pay customers for delayed flights they would go bankrupt. We need this law! Airlines need to understand that time is in itself a valuable.

(Reuters) - European Union airlines must pay compensation for delayed flights unless the delay was caused by circumstances beyond their control, the bloc's highest court said.

BBI will solve it :)

I will never understand why Kenyans overbash KQ. Travel wide and on a number of airlines and you will appreciate that almost every airline has delays.

I agree with you that such a law would be great for passengers but please don't always put KQ at the centre of your complaints. KQ is a great airline.
