Only challenge is next year KCB earnings will be largely flat. So buyers beware. It's pretty evident 5% loan book growth year to date and potential lower interest margin may not adequately compensate for cost inflation.

High interest rates, High inflation: That was then. This is now: Lower interest rates & lower inflation. Does your outlook still hold?

made an exit at 30.50.

Hold cash until mid December to early January and looking to re-enter with the elections fever. Prices will be lower.

@ Kenmac Your advice would be to sell at a similar price and make a come-back later?

What do you guys think?

I have attained my target sell price, so I say its not a losing strategy. its locking in gains. Then, we are heading to December/January when the market is suppressed. combining this with the elections, I see an opportunity to enter again at much lower prices.

HOLD and jump out immediately the non-relenting foreign buyers are done filling their big positions. They have pushed the price from 16 bob to the current 30 bob and who know where next

Follow the trend.

The market breached 4000 and this is going to be the support for the next 4-5 years. With the current low PE, P/BV and P/BV valuations on some counters, i would rather stay invested on select stocks and enjoy the ride.

The price might dip but not by a lot! I only sell stocks that have attained or surpassed their fair value..

Is KCB @ fair value based on 2012 earnings?? I think not!!
