I would like to state it for you, that this story sounds extremely far fetched. The fact that police shooting someone can even make it to wazua makes it more suspicious.
Did they make a mistake?
What does his family say?
Was he shot during, after or before the alleged non-theft?
Was there a robbery, an attempted robbery or were they going to the alleged robbery?
