Currently staying with my friend as i have rent it out to a muzungu for 6days!! My folks told me that my very first word was 'billionaire'

I moved out coz I have two kids and was living in a 1 bedroom apartment paying around 55K. I take home not a quite reasonable figure. I would love to get a mortgage but the chumes I save the bank will hear nothing of it. I did a calculation for the last five years I have spent like 3M on rent alone. I would love to go see my banker and tell him since I can afford to pay rent, I can also afford to pay a mortgage but he will not listen.

I suspect you are living way beyond your means. Might want to reconsider where you live (where do you live btw? What neighbourhood is this?
