This one if you have been to Uganda.....ehhhh is very close to paka..Uganda has the worst load scheduling in the world after Somalia. Guess who takes the flack! no reward there.. Happy hunting although the return is pretty much known.

Dear Investor,
This is to notify you that application for the UMEME IPO can now be done online. To apply for shares online login using this address http://scd.use.or.ug (activate account if your accessing the system for the first time) and follow these summary steps below
1. Fill out the application form by selecting the broker, number of shares applied for
2. Finish the application and make sure you print the form in triplicate
3. Make payments to the bank using the broker bank details shown in step 1 above
4. Present brokers copy and proof of bank payment to the broker chosen in step 1 above to complete the application process. Wait for results of the allotment process after 14th November 2012

In a concession, NBV is an important parameter to check. Umeme's NBV is Ushs 103.21 yet the share is selling at an expensive Ushs 275. ... Actis are smart. The will slaughter Pigs with the well crafted exit and loan repayment plan
