More like this mate.. Guys are talking about allocation of ADDITIONAL rights applied for!

Oh. Okay then if that's the case. Though it was always going to be an oversubscription and chances of one getting the full ADDITIONAL shares applied for was not guaranteed. Once you applied for additional shares, you were 'flying blind.' That being said, the failure to state the criteria of allocating the additional shares applied in the IM, plus the Ndegwas application (subsequently withdrawn) for increasing stake beyond the legal limit, must have left a sour taste in investors mouths...

looks like the main motivation of the dominant shareholders was to avoid dilution at all costs.

There would be no dilution if they took up all their Rights. It was a way of increasing their stake indirectly. I do not believe the ndegwas own only 24.9% but have other 'related' shareholders.

dilution relative to other shareholders, since the Ndegwas are not taking additional rights.

why are wazuans complaining about allocations yet this share was selling at book value early this year...you should have picked your bucketful then so let the dominant shareholders enjoy the fruits of patience

what is of interest to us is not the extra you applied but what u had in other words did you also have 5000 and then you applied for an extra 5000...or if u had some 4000 and then applied 5000 ,so that the allocation is n the extra rigts you applied...wazuans will be smilling to the bank and have a drink on me this friday

Please don't blab your ignorance here. How can you assure us? Do you work for CMA? NSE? NIC?

Maybe i do.. Maybe i don't!! But i can assure you there is NOTHING BREWING at NiC!

Maybe it is the lack of exposure but NIC is not the first and won't be the last to have sketchy details.. I just don't understand why you are insisting on reading more into it Sad
