I renewed my subscription yesterday at 5.20pm via mpesa and still waiting to be reconnected. Have spent 200bob trying to call them in vain, tried using the USSD code *369*10'hash' but nothing works. Emailed them only to receive an automatically generated generic response that they will look into it and nothing has happened so far. What the hell is happening?????

Had the same problem sometime back but was sorted out when i sent them an email. They really need to do something about their call centre service, its pathetic.

Text from: MultiChoice Did you know you can now link a DStvMobile device to your DStv Compact +, Compact, Family account at NO extra cost. Get upto 14 channels FREE. SMS name to 4688I received the above text messages from MULTICHOICE twice and both times I sent a text and lost my airtime. Is MultiChoice hoaxing customers? I want to forward this to the consumer organisation to get to the bottom of this. So annoying! BBI will solve it :)

Easiest way is to go here and reset the E16 code yourself. Sent from my Black Nokia 3310
