I totally agree. If he is serious or has the cash to give out, then the money should be philanthropically distributed to deserving charitable organisations. If he's confused about these as well he can check out the CNN Heroes project to know which ones are most deserving. After all, our African leaders are too rich to go after such little money. BBI will solve it :)
