i need to polish my karate moves asap.kindly advise the best schools/organisations or clubs to join,preferably located on thika highway or even here in nairobi.
Nb..am not a beginner..was active over 10 years ago.

the Japanese embassy has a martial arts class - I am not sure what level they train at - but am sure you will find your level.
