Can a person who earns sh330k be fair in determining the salary of another who is currently earning sh1.245m?

They should all be earning 330k in my opinion.

Why 330k and not 300k, or 230k or....?

No wonder everybody is on the streets and commodity prices are on the rise. I won't be shocked if I visit a kiosk and milk is 100 bob. When did salaries get this high? Someone sits down and decides what they will be paid? Is there an international guide or something?

salaried should be fixed, if u want the job take it as is, dont get in then start whining how low the salary is, u got it and accepted it as it were!!!!after all, who said you have to b a civil servant ? there are so many other jobs you can apply for!!!

Salaries should never and will never be the same unless you expect same average performance from everyone. In some companies you might be shocked to learn you are earning less than your junior. Salaries should always be job description and performance based.

What constitution is Nyachae implementing when we aleady have a reformed judiciary?
Its the work of the police to ensure that laws are abide by and offenders are taken to courts of law.
