Rank: Hello Joined: 10/15/2012 Posts: 8		Dear Wazuas, Am sorry it seems my previous thread on this was deleted. My friend and I took a loan last year @24% and we bought a 2 acres shamba in Juja Kalimoni, we have been unable to pay a balance of 500K and servicing of this loan is unbearable. The original owner want to split this title to give us our 2 acres from her 10 acres but we don't have money at all.If you can either raise 600K and get a plot out of it or you can raise 3.5M and take the whole parcel its up to you
