Looking at the emergence of MRC in coast and American marines and the china whatever in nyanza it seems this Mutahi Ngunyi was right.

The political class seems to be going through the same path.

Does anyone see a striking similarities between 2007 and 2012 political activities??

@Segemia there is the divisions are coming more clear as the days go by,the atmosphere more charged look at how the killing of a so callrd small time marijuana peddler in Ngong brought about chaos the number of idle youth is just too crazy...God forbid, but something small might trigger a catastrophe as the days go by I genuinely fear for this country, the politicians in the meanwhile continue with their yapping about,if we fail this time am afraid there will be no Kenya its that serious...

When yt2 spoke against masaa hii sometime ago, I read him declaring that he was a war lord who could wage war at any time, thus declaring his political value.

Then there was this Sunday I took a walk into Kibera's innards and saw a huge crowd being addressed in dholuo . . . and you're right if you think the agenda was political.

Now add kaa ngumu's record plus mrc plus Tana delta and you realize that you must have an army of sorts to play the Kenyan game.

So, let those who are 'man enough' get angry and sign up.

I hope wherever this Tusker baridi is, he is following this thread and the political activities on the ground.

@ Tusker, time has proved you wrong on allegations regarding the mungiki. Infact mungiki seems to have gone almost out, so which gangs are we talking about now?

Surely, are we the electorate that daft to be used by the politicians at every opportunity for their own gains an at our own peril???? I think Kenyans must be BBK!!!

So, like some media claimed the other day is it true that the middle class is the root cause of all the political problems we have in kenya bearing in mind that this class is the main prime mover of the politieconomics arenas????

If so, then we should not blame the white hairs for our ailments. May be the white hairs do not have anybody to give the mantle to. Just look at 2002. We were dupped to believe that UMK was an M01 project (may be true may be not). In 2007, you know the story. We are in 2012, nobody wants to listen to Peter Kenneth, Kamenchu, MaDVD etc.

The middle class is looking upto and fighting for the higher generations. Why is this. The answer is:

THE MIDDLE CLASS IN KENYA IS A TOTAL FAILURE AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE AS TO WHAT TYPE OF LEADER IS SUITABLE FOR THE COUNTRY!!!

Someone once told me that, in the US there are guys who are sourced and paid just to sit down and think?

In Kenya, we live a fire-fighting life. Things just happen, then when repercussions come up, we start crying foul and try to find ways of dealing with them.

Secondly, and sadly.. ours is a man-eat-man society. People just don't care about each other. How can teachers and doctors be on strike, with kids and patients suffering, yet mpigs give themselves 10 million each? And what is more worrying, Kenyans do nothing! In another thread here, I read that Mombasa road is causing untold deaths, my guess is nothing will be done!

A recent report said Kenya teen pregnancy is on another level. Pedophilia, my guess nobody will care until its their child.

Kenya iko chida! Chida kubwa sana, and I doubt the leaders contesting have our interests at heart. Its all about eating.

My Solution?
1.Make alot of noise when you see something right not happening. Ignore it and it might happen to you next.
2.Help your neighbor when he's in need. He might get desperate, instead of asking, he'll resort to 'taking' by any means necessary.
3.Pray alot. Nobody is safe. Where we are, your money might not save you. Not on the roads, not your children, not while you are mpesaring.
