How many have complied and paid up and who is supposed to pay? Are freehold plot owner supposed to pay and what are the rates amounts?

I went to mavoko and paid Kes 1,720 for my 100*100 for this year.

Does anyone know how much land rates are in upmarket areas / acre or hectare / year? A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work

Anyone with the full info on land rates in mavoko. I have an acre of land in drumvalle/kamulu which is in mavoko and i don't know how much am supposed to pay as rates or whether am even supposed to pay rates.

Doesn't the size of the land matter? forgive my ignorance.
