I cannot confirm all the things you're copy pasting from sites created and maintained by people with their own malicious agenda. So let's pick those specific philosophies and thrash them. But if you cannot use your own understanding, your findings from your own research, then you cannot ask or answer something honesty without going to those sites, and eventually you cannot be a good discussion. Because, if you rely on other's thoughts and propaganda, then later when I show you something which goes against what they told you and believed in, you'll say I didn't agree with that in the first place I can see you are applauding @Falsehoodenemy. Does it mean you understood what he clarified? You see if a person is genuine and learns something new, he will say, oh yes, I see this or I didn't know that. But if that person is a liar, he'll say "what about this one, what about that one" and you end up going round is cycles. So I don't want to sit here and argue and copy paste. If we can't establish our basis, our witness, then we'll not agree. To me, my witnesses are: the Quran, Hadiths and the Bible. And I want you and me to discuss issues around here.Remember there is no court in the world in which the judge convicts a person before interviewing him, provided the accused is available and honors the summons

If we can't establish our basis, our witness, then we'll not agree. To me, my witnesses are: the Quran, Hadiths and the Bible. And I want you and me to discuss issues around here. OK, lets start with issues raised in this article: BLASPHEMY The law of blasphemy was originally revealed to Moses. This is primarily a Biblical law. It's not originally a Quranic law This law is in the Bible.1. Leviticus 24:13-14, it says: " God spoke onto Moses, that he that blasphemeth the Lord shall surely be put to death. And let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him." 2. The same in Leviticus 24:16" Anyone who blasphemy the name of Lord, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death." Leviticus 24:23" Moses spoke thus to the people of Israel; and they took the blasphemer outside the camp, and stoned him to death. The people of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses" So this the law revealed to Moses and until today it is in the Bible. Then the time of Holy Jesus Christ, who came with fountain of mercy and fountain of forgiveness, maintained the same law. He did not cancel this law. He did not repeal it. 3. It is maintained in Mathew 12:31-32, it says:" whoever commits blastphemy will never be forgiven in this world nor in the world to come" 4. Mark 3:29 " But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness" 5. Luke 12:10:" And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven." This verse was maintained by Jesus.- And same verse was maintained by prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. - So I as a believer cannot disagree with the holy Moses, the holy Jesus Christ, or prophet Muhammad pbuh. - It is on the Jews religion, Christian religion and Islamic religion. - All these three religions, both books the Bible and the Quran are in the same boat. - So I will believe that the words are God's word. So what is the meaning of blasphemyAccording to Merriam - Webster dictionary the word "blasphemy" means: " the act of insulting or showing contempt or lack of reverence for God; the act of claiming the attributes of deity; irreverence toward something considered sacred." What are we seeing here then?We are seeing God being described in a very shameful manner, blasphemous manner. How do you describe the following utterances: 1. Isaiah 7:20 " In the same day, the Lord will shave with a hired razer..., the head, and the hair of the feet: and it shall also shave the beard." - 'Lord' here is God Almighty. - He's going to shave with hired razer - And the hair of the legs, your legs, how far? - And will remove the beard God talking like that? God is going to shave yours legs? This does not befit God.2. 2 Samuel 22:9" Smoke went out from his nose, and devouring fire from His mouth.... He rode upon a cherub" - You know when you smoke and remove smoke out from your nose? - Fire coming from mouth like a Chinese dragon? - Flame thrower, they used it World War I - Almighty rode upon a cherub and flew NOTE: Do you know what a cherub is?- They have it in the Vatican, the holiest of the holiest of Christiandom. They have cherubs in marbles. - Two beautiful young ladies, proportional, flesh colour, clean naked and like flying in air. - When you put your hand upon the marble, you get electric shock! A cherub is baby angel.- So God rides in Cherub. Not in helicopter. - Beautiful young girls. - And He fly like superman you see in films. Now how can that befits God???

Now Compare with what the Quran says about God, in chapter 112, which is known as " The Purity of Faith" Chapter 112:1-4 (Sura Al-Ikhlas - The Purity of Faith) I n t h e n ame o f A l l a h , M o s t G r a c i o u s , M o s t M e r c i f u l . 1. Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; 2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; 3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; 4. And there is none like unto Him.The verse describes the nature of God:- Far beyond our limited conception - He is One and Only God - He is "Eternal" and Absolute, all other existence is temporal or conditional; - He is dependent on no person or things, but all persons or things are dependent on Him, Thus negativing the idea of gods and goddesses who ate and drank, wrangled and plotted, depended on the gifts of worshippers, etc. - He is not born and does not give birth This is to negative the Christian idea of the godhead, "the Father", "the onlybegotten Son" etc. - You cannot conceive Him This sums up the whole argument and warns us specially against Anthropomorphism, The tendency to conceive of God after our own pattern, An insidious tendency that creeps in at all times and among all peoples. In summary, Muslims believe that there's only one God, creator of the universe:- Heaven, - Earth, - Sun & the moon, - Water & air, - Prophets, - messengers, - kings, - Presidents, - ordinary people, - Animals, - Insects, - Plants, - Angels, - Jinn, - etc

thanks for the reply my brother. I was able to follow you on most points. I need a clarification on the following: . Mark 3:29 "But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness"do Muslims believe in the holy spirit?, because, this is one of the key verses used to teach 'the holy trinity' Samuel 22:9This should not be read in Isolation. To understand it better, start reading from Vs 8 and end at vs 16. it is a portion of David's song of praise...some people interpret it as a poetic symbol. others view it as a prophetic utterance cleverly hidden in between the song of praise.....psalms of David are full of such mysterious utterances not related in context to the proceeding passages. some of these utterances were fulfilled in the lives of bible prophets. Others remain cryptic, but have been preserved in he bible awaiting Fulfillment. Unlike Islam, Christianity is a religion of MANY PROPHETS BUT ONE GOD. The purpose is to ensure that no ONE PROPHET can mislead the people, and his message has to be confirmed by other prophets. CHERUBIMS ARE NOT BABY ANGELS:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cherub According to holly teachings(the equivalent of Koranic Hadiths)that were left out when the bible was being compiled, there are 12 types of Angels, classified in roughly 4 groups, also known as orders, each with varying authority, First Order of Angels Supernals -Celestials -Illuminations Second Order of angels Seraphim - Cherubim - Thrones The Third Order of Angels Domination s - Virtues - Powers Fourth Order of Angels Principalities - Archangels - Angels The Angels in the first order are more powerful and closer to God's throne than the rest. The reason why these teachings were omitted by the church Fathers was to Discourage the worship of Angels instead of the ONE and ONLY true GOD,as Angels are his mere messengers sent to Guard and serve mankind. Thanks for those colofull pictures. but those are just an abstract of ART, arising from the imaginations of religious artists, who have never seen a real angel in their life time! A DISTINCTION MUST BE MADE BETWEEN ART AND THE WORD OF GOD. I am aware that Islam discourages the use of Images. But this stance should not be used to interprete activities of other religions. MY SECOND QUESTION: WHICH BOOKS OF THE BIBLE DO ISLAM RECOGNIZE? It is humiliating to be associated with thieves and murderers.

alustaadh wrote:AHEM! still waiting for answears. You have a way of avoiding things. Now you want us to go to another topic "trinity"? First, let us conclude what I pointed to you, to prove how far blasphemy has gone. I believe you speak English. I believe things have meaning to you. I mentioned to you about "Cherub".You went ahead an evaded one of its definition. You have brought in it plural word called "cherubim". I checked out the definition in the dictionary "Cherubim" Quote:- The plural of cherub (Noun). - A winged angelic being described in biblical tradition as attending on God. It is represented in ancient Middle Eastern art as a lion or bull with eagles' wings and a human face, and regarded in traditional Christian angelology as an angel of the second highest order of the ninefold celestial hierarchy - A representation of a cherub in art, depicted as a chubby, healthy-looking child with wings - A beautiful or innocent-looking child If you do not believe in English dictionary, and you want to give it another meaning, it is up to you. So back to blasphemy. When the books about God in this manner, saying God Almighty riding cherubs. A cherub is baby, about 12 years old, and when they model it, they make it have small breasts sprouting. And God Almighty His means of transport is riding cherubs, flying on the cherub. How?- Is His flying them on the back or front? - You know cherubs have wings. - Is it flying and God is sitting on top of her, holding her by the breasts? - Or she's on her back, doing back stroke, and God sitting on the stomach? Again 2 Samuel 22:11 "He mounted the cherubim(A) and flew; he soared on the wings of the wind." Is this your God? The Quran tells us that God overshadows whole universe.- that He is closer to you than your jagular veins, everybody - He does not need transport to move from Kenya to America, and uses young girls NOTE:- you'll say this verse was written by man who has weakness - but who ditacted it - did God dictate that? - is this Word of God? God describes Himself in the Quran Chapter 2 verse 255 says:- Allah. There is no god but He,-the Living, the Selfsubsisting, Eternal. - No slumber can seize Him nor sleep. - His are all things in the heavens and on earth. - Who is there can intercede in His presence except as He permitteth? - He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures as) before or after or behind them. - Nor shall they compass aught of His knowledge except as He willeth. - His Throne doth extend over the heavens and the earth, and He feeleth no fatigue in guarding and preserving them for He is the Most High, the Supreme (in glory). NOTE: Eternal: Quote:The attributes of Allah are different from anything we know in our present world: He lives, but His life is self-subsisting and eternal: it does not depend upon other beings and is not limited to time and space. His life being the source and constant support of all derived forms of life. Perfect life is perfect activity, in contrast to the imperfect life which we see around us, which is not only subject to death but to the need for rest or slowed-down activity, (something which is between activity and sleep, the word "slumber") But Allah has no need for rest or sleep. Contrast with this the expression used in Psalms 78:65: " Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine." NOTE: Behind themQuote:Allah's knowledge is absolute, and is not conditioned by Time or Space. To us, His creatures, these conditions always apply. His knowledge and our knowledge are therefore in different categories, and our knowledge only gets some reflection of Reality when it accords with His Will and Plan. NOTE: Throne: seat, power, knowledge, symbol of authority. Quote:In our thoughts we exhaust everything when we say "the heavens and the earth". Well, then, in everything is the working of Allah's power, and will, and authority. Everything of course includes spiritual things as well as things of sense.
