If I had 200m to spend on a house in Nairobi, I would never buy this thing. It is ugly to say the least, or maybe it is just me.

For 200 mil, I'd be thinking somewhere very serene. Not next to a bus stop and university. Who knows what the students might do during a strike?

Inside the house that Ali built. Read about the mansion that has set tongues wagging and an overview of other high-end properties that have put Kenya firmly on the world's opulent homes map.
In tomorrow's Sunday Nation.

BD and Nation got it wrong
.That house belongs to Ali Shire,a Ugandan businessman and not former Commissioner of the Kenya Police Major General Mohammed Hussein Ali
