i think its the total cost of constructing the house thats 400M if the house was to be sold may be it could fetch not less than half a billion.

If I had 200m to spend on a house in Nairobi, I would never buy this thing. It is ugly to say the least, or maybe it is just me.

For 200 mil, I'd be thinking somewhere very serene. Not next to a bus stop and university. Who knows what the students might do during a strike?
