Separate their nature from their works.
If God is Omnipresent satan is not.
If God is Omnipotent then satan is not.
Yet we know that each has a certain influence on the masses.
Satan is but a creature and the creator is superior than it's creation in every form.
There can be therefore no comparison whatsoever.
Neither negative or positive,good or bad.
Better to say that Satan's evil is the antithesis of God's goodness cz you are talking of works not nature.
With that in mind,understand that God is everywhere because he created and gave life to everything below and under the earth.
If God removed himself from the earth everything would crumble.That is what I believe.
But satan is not everywhere because he was created as an angel first.
After the fall, he keeps searching for habitation.
That is why the word says 'resist him and he will flee'

Spirits need a medium to operate through and We humans are mediums.
We can be God's medium or Satan's.
