@Sikitu a Business Proposal is also known as a business plan.For starters do the write up with the following Key headers
1.Executive Summary which is basically the introduction.2)The busness,this is about the good/service,business model,Market,Market structure,distribution etc 3)The financial Plan...here you will have a slight or big difficulty depending on how you look at it.You need an Income statement projected,projected balance sheet and projected cashflow statement.4.Development impact...what will be the impact of this business on society.Give it a try you will be suprised at what you can do.All the best.

Not quite:

PROPOSAL is a request to use some one else's resources [money, facilities, expertise etc]. It usually concerns a NEW business venture.

PLAN is for yourself. A road map to guide you as you put your business idea into action. It is needed for both existing and new ventures
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@Mukiha thanks for the addition but Business Plans are wide and varied.All depends on the use by the entrepreneur or Business.Sometimes Business plans are used to woe investors for funding,for Bank loans and also as a blue print for the promoters of the business.If Sikitu would expound on exactly what he needs we would gladly help?
