My buddy lost his laptop(hp) about three months ago.It was stolen from his room in K.U.He had previously taken it for repair at the Hp Centre in Westlands because the warranty had not expired...the theif happened to take it there for servicing and they called my buddy upon suspicion that it was a stolen laptop from their records. He fled but my buddy got his laptop back.I was so amazed at the good record keeping the centre keeps to the precision that they can even detect theft. This is truly a plus for them.
