The only reason this counter is staying at current levels is because there are a limited number of sellers. It will drop over time or just not rise on any significant volumes!

Look at it AFTER it drops below 10. Even at 10, be cautious & review it the financials...

I would be shocked if CIC was to test below 3.50/- Huge volume (Volume spread) has come in at the 3.65 - 4.00 level for weeks now. The base is being formed. I expect it to rally like Coop back in 2009 and 2010 as the supply gets absorbed at the current level. In 2yrs time this thing will rally 100% going by Coop bank's pattern.

With the market looking up, sub 3.50 doesn't seem to be on the cards.
However, it is still valued at a premium in comparison with other insurers.
