I am a corporate strategist and I have worked across different markets, I will tell you one thing about mobile APP however, every possible app you can think of is either available or it has be developed and proven not to be profitable.

Sale it to rich US citizens? if you follow techn industry you'll have learned that there is a place call SV in CA, unless you're in SV or in a dorm in one of the top college in USA you'll not access investors or anyone to sell your app to.

Secondly, technology innovations for sell in another country do not usually work and here is why; the fundamental reason for technology innovation is to solve an existing problem or to meet an existing need in a given setting. How can you build a succesful product to be consume in a market you're not in? so advice that Masukuma should build a product and sell it to US citizen show a flawed understand on business and technology innovation and disqualify you on any discussion along those lines.

Hi @Masukuma,

Care sharing what you eventually did? and if it worked or Not?

It's been 1 Year, 5 Months.

looks like investing in real estate is slow but sure i.e the returns are slow, say 20 to 30% roi but there can be no chance of a loss.

How about investing in a company that invests in real estate HAFR, HF, Britam, Centum, Panafric.

@a4architect was kind of right, kind of wrong.

The correct statement should have been;

"looks like investing in real estate is has become slow but sure i.e the returns are slow, say 20 to 30% roi but there can be no in Nairobi, there has not yet been a chance of a loss."

Exactly. I thought so as well. A wording problem. Like someone said earlier, all Investments have risks. ALL.
