Hi Wazuans,
Am new to this forum and have come here for advise. I had planned to buy a house this year but now am almost convinced its not the best idea. Is it better to invest in a Godown in Gikosh/industrial area and be in trouble nikifika in the rented house/home or buy an apartment in Kileh and make my chic happy?

Dude...your chic must be from nyeri...incase you buy the godown, just make sure you hire Boshido Brown as your bodygourd due to the subsequent events likely to occur upon arrival...all in all...you should not do a mistake to make someone happy....what next after the apartment???you will be broke and she will leave you for the loaded guy who owns the warehouse.
A successful man is not he who gets the best, it is he who makes the best from what he gets.

Good question....

You've already told her you have the cash and that you plant to buy an apartment....eh? Probably to win her over.

The godown makes more sense unless the apartment is for leasing.
