Reminds of a fellow who got married and after the honeymoon decided to set the wife straight.

He told her, I have a couple of rules.

I will continue drinking all night long whether you like it or not.

I will continue hanging out with the boys whether you like it or not.

I will continue watching all football matches in sport bars whether you like it or not.

I will continue going out of Nairobi over the weekends with the boys whether you like it or not.

.....

etc.

When he was done, the wifey asked him "Are you through?". The fellow said "Yes, I'm done."

The wife told him, I have one rule myself. The fellow said "shoot!".

The wifey told him "There will be sex in this house every day at 7:00pm whether you are here or not!!!".
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
