The crazy headlines have started - Citi see S&P 500 at 1615 by end of next year.

QE infinity. The Fed is ready and will step in even if the economy picks up until the unemployment rate is under 6% and they believe US economy can stand on its own.S&P 1550 by end of year is now a sure bet together with WTI crude back to above 130.
Expect inflation to go back up in kenya and emerging mkts and hard assets(real estate) to continue appreciating. This easy money in the US finds its way to property mkts worldwide.
Hisah hope you have that euro/usd in your pocket today its knocking at 1.30 and with the fed action my 1.34 target for end of year looks too modest.

I never trade EURUSD. Too ugly a pair for me with nasty fundamentals. How does one compare darkness with darkness?! With all the euro & USD QE crap, better to buy commodos like gold/silver or food/oil to short this currency devaluation madness. Like you say inflation - oil & food and real estate will start popping up globally again.

However, I'm happy with the QE announcement since it means the ponzi masters have run out of ideas. QE1 & QE2 didnt work. Now we have QE infinity. Great! Economics 101 has changed. QE should be a branch of economics with a PHD route...

I wonder if the $40 billion per month means Fannie Mae and Freddie mac will definitely rally.

Currency debasement makes you happy!?

How many QEs and nothing to show that GFC is fixed 4yrs later?

Had a look at the GDP/Debt ratio of G10 gone parabolic?

I hope you are in commodities to guard against the inflation effects of this euro & USD devaluation gimmicks.

One day the chicken will come home to roost as the debt bubble pops. That will be a painful day, but it'll fix the wound for good.

Hisah I dont really care about the price of food going up, all I care about is the stocks rallying. My policy is you dont have to eat meat, if the prices go up just eat lots of beans as long as the stocks get substantial gains. And sure enough Fannie and Freddie have also more than doubled overnight, previous close for Fannie at 0.27 with an ask of 0.64, atleast now I know there is hot money for sure following Bernanke's every move, you just need to know how to be friends with him.

When ur cash can only afford half the size of those bean ratios despite the fin mkts triple returns, then u'll understand monetary debasement. You can ask @cde or any asian who went thru the asian crisis as well as the argentines.

Im bullish on the US economy for the short term, I guess you are talking about long term, but then again there have been talks about the US economy tanking sinc God knows when yet the market just keeps rallying. From now till around March it will be one big rally.

Whatever it takes...

http://online.barrons.co..._wall_street_daily.html

Euroland & US CBs will flood everyone with this liquidity tsunami.

The fact that it's featured by Barron's, this game is on in a big way.

Stay tuned...

But it shouldn't be lost that this is a desperation all in gamble. If it goes awry, there's no turning back. By 2014 we will know...
