It depends on what you are using the GIS for.. i.e academic,professional,research or in business. You can contact Arcgis distributor in kenya ESRI. ESRI makes the most popular programs in GIS the ARC .... group of programs. http://www.esriea.co.ke/aboutus/overview.php
