Is Tripadvisor website the hotel industry's worst nightmare?

Have looked at the reviews of Kenyan 5 star hotels on the website and some are very good while some are quite unflattering. With customers making instant reviews accessible to the whole world, the only option for hotels is to improve their facilities and service or perish. Ultimately I think its good for the hotel industry and customers.

@juggernaut, you are absolutely right. There is even an android app for trip advisor. Kwanza the way guys upload even photos, the hotel industry has no option but to up their game.
