Hii inaitwa guikia mahiga borithi translation throwing stones into a police station...... maana yake "Upumbavu". That city council guy ought to be locked up. They may be corrupt at times, you may hate them all you like but they are still the Kenya Police and if anything was to happen to anyone within the vicinity of that car that is where they would rush for help.

So you are saying that the law enforcers should be allowed to flout the laws? That's impunity.

They should be allowed to flout certain laws like this particular one; can you imagine if a thief was to rob a bank nearby and escape in a car, how will the police chase the thug yet their car is clamped with some kanjo momo?
