Seriously unless Keino was killed inside the party then these question would matter...There is no evidence to show keino was killed in the premises so the party and the drinks the attendance would matter in ascertaining her movement but not be treated as a crime scene.

If the cctv showed keino walking out of the premises then the investigation shld centre on those who had close contact with her....the body guards and the friend.

But given the testimony of the friend either she is covering something or Keino was actually killed by a hit and run driver.

Please people avoid free things. Your friend is invited by her friend, she invites another friend and the other friend invites another one. Attend parties that you are invited by the host only. What is this crave of attending parties of people you hardly know.

What is wrong with a college student going to a free party where she has been invited to by a friend who was in turn invited by a friend as opposed to where you are invited by the host? Such form of party attending is common especially for college students and people don't usually die as a result. People go to all forms of parties to varying consequences. She was just unfortunate. Don't try to make it into some morality lesson thing.

@ Elder, what guys are advocating for year is responsibility of this gals/boys so that they are not taken advantage of. Mercy's case has beeen highlighted because of its fame - Kavogo was involved. Let me tell you, this students have very nasty stories to say of such parties. They are not as rossy as they may look. Careful, Careful, Careful is what we are calling for. Nothing is free in this world thefeore there are no free parties

You have to be very careful with stories like this one.

The father saying the daughter doesn't drink may not be wrong. Many of us have seen what a little drink can do to a girl or guy who has never drunk before.

Please never judge anyone with one or two days of being drunk especially those who are growing up. It is a rite of passage that many have gone through.

Being intoxicated as Mutahi is claiming here does not tell us "with what"...Unless Mutahi was serving the drinks he can't know what type of intoxication we are talking about.

This story is interesting to say the least. There is a lot that is being said here. But the real story is being ignored

"What was this party all about? Who were the participants in this party? Why were young girls and MP's in a party partaking things that made them drunk?"

That's the real story. Only then can we know the whole story. But trying to destroy the character of a young girl who may have been lured to this den and is now dead, is not right.

On this one @alma you are right. What was so unique in this party?? there are many other parties that happen day in day out without tragic end.

The testimony of the friend could be true. On one hand, he paints the MP as very bad. She brings the issue of slapping..the girl. Of course the MP does not like that. Then we also learned that the MP said it's time for people to go home because they were already drunk and offered to drop the girls home. She asks the MP's help to trace the girl and the MP refuses because he was annoyed with Keino. She actually shows the bad and the good side of the MP.

That girl I am sure knows if Mercy was taking alcohol for the first time.

So Kafogo of all the people drives a pick-up?
Coz that is what he used to drop the chips after the fungaing business.
